Milt Sparks. Not sure what models they make for the USP, I know they make the VM2 as I have one for my 45C.
They have several holsters pictured on their site for the USP series--the Summer Special, Executive Companion, and the 55BN (an OWB) are pictured they probably make more.

I second Matt's ISP...thisi s the ISP-WR with slotted pad but you can get it with loops or a solid channel.....any rake you want...mag carrieri s the best made for the P7...not a generic 8 rounder...
