NO! I shipped about 25 pounds of 7.62x54 ammo properly marked a couple months ago. I paid the same price that I would have paid for UPS ground that I would have paid for sending 25 pounds of tools, scrap iron, or teddy bears- assuming that I could fit them in the same sized package. The catch, is that not all locations accept ORM-D packages, which must go common carrier. I needed to go to the UPS depot in Hartford, not the UPS store, or Kinkos (FEDEX).also translated as: charge his a$$ ex$e$$ive amount$ for $hipping.
