Osprey Defense LLC just posted some of the most incredible extreme torture test videos relating to our OPS-416 gas-piston conversion system for the AR15/M16/M4 rifle platform. We invite you to check 'em out, we think you'll be very impressed!

The Most Extreme Sandblast Torture Test You've Ever Seen!

Ever seen an AR15 Run over By an Earth Excavator?

To see more torture test videos of the OPS-416 system, and learn more about this soon to be released system, check out

We look forward to showing you the amazing things the OPS-416 Gas Piston System can do for your AR15/M16/M4 series of rifles. Simplicity in design and a new level of reliability. Installs in 5 minutes or less with no permanent modification to your host gun. Works in any mil-spec AR15 from 11.5" to 20" barrel length with a barrel diameter not exceeding .875". That's right, install a full gas piston conversion in less time than it takes to clean your gun! Works semi auto, full auto, suppressed or unsuppressed WITHOUT SWITCHING ANY VALVES OR PARTS.

It would be interesting to see the same tests conducted on stock ARs. Since neither burial nor sandblasters and problems normally encountered, that would allow you to see how much better (if at all) the Osprey piston is.

the earth excavator test i'm willing to bet any gun would pass.....the track hoe distributes weight so evenly over the tracks that running it over with a car would be worse

I want to see them fire it while it is still buried, give the sand a chance to really jump in there. the sand blaster test is somewhat spurious considering the air is cleaning the sand off just as fast as it is blowing sand in.

Edit: Answered my own question by looking at your website.

Looks like you guys have a nice product and hope to see it take off soon.

Do you have plans for an AR-10 or other AR .308 platform version.
