The problem is of course, most would I suspect just end up joining the enemy !

Oh good, now we're really walkin' the high road...

From now on, I'll be labeling anyone I disagree with a probable traitor too, because it makes sooooo much sense.

Yes some need an education......others need some moral fiber and haven't a clue on what that is. :neener: While I admire Stanley's courage to defy a seemingly unjust conviction, he turns out, in this case to just be a sheep in wolf's clothing. Since there seems to be a penchant on the part of SOME who support Stanley's actions toward the judge after his intial conviction to advocate a simple solution ......I will characterize Stanley simply....as a bully !

Gentlemen: If I may, I'd like to point out something that seems to have been missed. To wit the actions of the judge were not "wrong" they were a clear violation of his oath of office and Stanleys' civil rights. Whatever Stanleys screwups and they appear to be too many to list here, his rights were violated twice! I think the legislature with a little prompting from this community should have and probably still could impeach him. If that seems undoable, how about a recall election? I submit merely trying might give the judge and some of his ilk pause. Still a win even if we lost. I'd be good for an Andy Jackson for that effort. Any takers? Or do you expect jim to do it all.

How did this 7 month old crap get drug up?

Stanley is an idiot who rather than continuing to pursue his remaining legal options, decided to threaten a judge with assault, kidnap, wrongful imprisonment, and possibly death (typically treason is considered a capital offense). Therefore this guy is not a patriot and deserves no support.

Whether you think the original charge was wrong, or not, his actions once in court were definitely criminal.

BTW, to those that felt he hadn't violated any law, if that was true why does everyone keep pointing to changes in the CO law that mean his actions are now legal? If it was already legal why was the change in the law necessary?
