Pay it Forward in Reloading

When all the casters were backlogged and unable to ship bullets for months with store shelves empty of ammunition, I was able to share my stock piles of bullets with family/friends/neighbors who could not get any ammunition

Those were good bullets. The fact that mine were available during the drought kept a LOT more folks shooting than I originally thought would be possible. IT's since lead me down the path i'm on now ! Oh boy, those rabbitholes.... Be careful what ya wish for.

I'd say, for me, it all started when BDS introduced me to PIF. I blame him pretty much exclusively.

"Paying it forward" to grogetr an assortment of 115/124/147 gr jacketed/plated/lead bullets.

ETA Monday.

Welcome to THR and Merry Christmas!

Not much to contribute but I have 25 PMC once fired .44 mag brass that i'd be happy to send to someone in need.
I also have 25 unfired 180gr Jhp .44 mag, same brand that can go to someone local. I'm out around hillsdale lake in Kansas, if anyone wants them I might even be able to deliver/meet someone within 15-20 mi...
I also have around 75 once fired .45 auto brass (range pickup) mixed cases if anyone needs them.

Awesome thread! You guys help me a lot so i'd like to do something to repay the kindness and generosity...

Yall have helped me so immensely in my reloading endeavors around here the past few months that I figure it's time for me to finally Pay it Forward.

I have a Lee 38 special die set free to a good home. Carbide FL sizing die (missing decapping pin), powder through expanding die and bullet seating die (with RN plug). Can include the Pro 1000 #1 shellplate (38 spc/357 mag). It came with the previously owned (but unused) Pro 1000 I bought to get started in reloading.

Can send it out after Friday when I get paid (bit poor after splurging on the rest of the stuff I need for 223).

Thanks again bds.

I'll be going home tonight to see what I can pass on.

I know I do have a Lyman small primer pocket reamer to get the crimp out if anyone wants it.

12 Gauge Hulls (Mixed Lot)

I have a bunch of 12 gauge hulls once fired if anyone is interested.

1TwistedGimp, Did you give the loaded 44's to someone? If not, would you ship them to me? They can be shopped UPS if you mark it. I forgot the sign, but they will tell you. If you want,I can reimburse you for shipping. Let me know. Thanks

How does this work? We just put stuff we are willing to give to a fellow reloader? Interesting. We pay shipping, or the Receiver? Hmmmm....very cool.

Yep, put up whatever you want to give to someone, usually you pay shipping so it does not cost the person receiving any money. Try to keep it balanced, you take one thing put one thing up and so on.

Everything is spoken for...

Howdy all.

I have some brass cluttering up my bench that I am looking to get rid of. Send me your address and I'll send it out to you. Most of it I got for free so I'm looking to get rid of it in the same manner. I'm in Bergen County, New Jersey. If you are local, swing by and pick it up.

If you feel guilty, I'm looking for commercial .223. If not, you're doing me a service by taking something that I don't want to toss.

I have:

25 pcs of .308win
30 pcs of .38spcl
10 pcs of .45acp sp

First come, first served. Drop me a line (PM) if you're interested. Thanks.

Christopher
