Only time I've ever publicly heard Cooper's Four Gun Safety Rules was at the Penn & Teller show.
Watched it. Good for what it is and who made it. Keeps it simple, straightforward, and fitting for their audience. Obviously not made by hardcore THR types; only so much can be crammed into a half hour of low-intellectual-bandwidth media.
