i would have thought the gun control one would been posted on this board before. its a good one too. they do have a way of cutting right through the BS.

While I appreciate many of their sentiments, I don't understand our preoccupation with the opinions of celebrities, especially those that are sports or entertainment folks. When was the last time Penn was at an IDPA, IPSC, Cowboy Action, or other match?

When was the last time you saw your favorite "pro-gun" politician at such a match?

Definitely worth watching. As far as people who say, "Why should we care what celebs think? Who cares?" Wake up ans smell the coffee, many Americans base their entire opinion on what someone famous or influential says.

When you are busy watching your 5 hours of TV every night, it isn't easy to squeeze in the Federalist papers. The simple fact is, those people wield significant power among the uneducated voters, the voters who outnumber us and whose vote counts just the same. It is foolish to discount such a strong force in politics and day to day life.

I have watched most of the episodes of there show and they are good. They definitely have libertarian point of view and its nice to see it on television for a change. My favorite episodes are the Guncontrol and Recycling.

Deavis is right you cant discount the tv or what "famous people" at least penn and teller are saying some good things as opposed to most celebs.

That seems pretty elitist. Those are not measures of being serious about or supportive of the RKBA nor is even owning a gun. They would be shooting as sport, even if converting defensive shooting into a competition.

I am 60+ years old, ex-military (Vietnam vet), and I have a CCW. I have never shot or even watched as a spectator an IDPA, IPSC, cowboy action, or any other kind of shooting competition.

Does this mean I have to turn in my CCW and foreswear my RKBA? Where does it mention mandatory IDPA or IPSC participation in the 2nd Amendment?

Wow, those are awesome. I was watching the gun control one, and about halfway through i look behind me and see two of my brothers seated behind me watching as well. By the end of it my dad was there too, watching.
