Violence Begets Violence

The six murdered hunters were not only victims but also perpetrators. They, just like their murderer, Chai Soua Vang, regularly took pleasure in killing innocent and defenseless animals. If they had killed and maimed their dogs and cats in similar fashion, they would have been charged with cruelty to animals. Animals in the wild feel pain and suffer just like companion animals. It is no coincidence that this violent and cruel “sport” culminated in violence to its human participants. Psychologists and criminologists have long known that people who abuse animals rarely stop there. The hunters demonstrated insensitivity and indifference to the suffering that they caused and were in turn the recipients in this cycle of violence. Don’t teach your children to hunt. Teach compassion instead.d.

Dear Homeland Security,

According to what I understand some groups and organizations are stereotypical of criminal behavior.

PETA is abusing me, and according to them, abusive behavior can lead to more serious behaviours and "My Understanding" is these serious behaviors might even be "criminal".

I suggest Homeland Security check out this PETA organization for National Security reasons.

Welcome to the logic of PETA. It goes like this:

Animals deserve the same rights to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness as people. Therefore, killing an animal is exactly as bad as killing a human. Therefore, someone who kills an animal deserves the same punishment as someone who kills a person.

PETA got caught contributing money to eco-terrorists (Animal Liberation Front, I think it was). ALF puts into action the philosophy of PETA, with vandalism, arson, and assault being seen as justified against the murderers of innocent animals.

PETA was found to have its own secret facility for euthenizing and disposing of animals. Turns out that they couldn't find homes for all the furries they "rescued" from animal shelters.

Plenty of Joe and Jane Averages think that PETA is either good or just silly. Few know that PETA is just plain evil.

Penn and Teller did a great job of exposing PETA for what it is (video here. Warning: Profanity).

PETA's like Yasser Arafat. Arafat won a nobel prize. PETA won Pamela Anderson.
The ALF does all the dirty work like Arafat's martyrs' brigade.
