Just read an updated story. It appears the shooter approached the shootee. Not looking good. If you have a firearm, you shy away from a fight because getting into one means someone could catch some lead on very short order. Sorry, he should have egressed rather than introducing a lethal element (himself) into the equation. Frustrating when we're represented by the likes of him, ain't it?

Ummm...I think that it is understood that the intent of the original statement was, "If you have a bad temper, forget (legally) carrying!"

As it should be self-evident that criminals (by definition) do not obey laws...
