I bought it locally from a LEO here in Nashville. Got it so my son could practice his ROTC rifle drills. We haven't shot it, yet; no clips.

You used to be able to buy M1903 Drill Rifles from CMP. They're around $75, I think, if available.

Trigger group lockup in the stock (tight?)?
Those Winny's tend to be prized more.

Sorry, TE= Throat Erosion.
Service Grade would be <=5 typ.
It's something you would gage, unless it was tagged.
You may want to baby that Winny during drill practice!
