Thumbs up for Griptillian!

The griptillian is a great knife, I have one and I love it. It replaced my Syderco Delica as my EDC , I do like my Spyderco though and it is my Sunday go to meeting knife, smaller and more discrete. But the Griptillian is a great knife, I love the one handed opening and it is very well made. I did make one modification to mine I sanded off the gripping on the top (opposite where the blade comes out and opposite the hinge) every time I reached in to my pocket I was scrapping my knuckles on it.

That last paragraph doesn't read very well, what I did is where the clip attaches along the "backstrap" there is some "jinking" that is molded in to the handle and I filed/sanded it off. Hope that makes more sense.

Benchmade if my information is correct also offers lifetime sharpening service, if your knife ever dulls (and it will) just send it back to them and they will sharpen it for free and send it back to you. I read this somewhere, if I am mistaken I apologize, but I believe I read that in the paperwork that came with my knife.

My .02
