I guess that we are all familiar with the concept of getting illegal firearms, but Polish Minister of Justice took it one step further and illegally obtained firearms license.
Poland has one of the most draconian firearm laws in Europe and the lowest gun ownership rate in Europe at about 1 firearm per 100 people. In order to get a firearm legally, one needs to get a firearm license first (as anywhere in EU). In Poland, the license is may-issue (and I am talking sport shooting / hunting, CC is impossible to get) and with quite a lot of red tape around it.
Apparently the minister made a deal with gun license exam commissioner who faked the gun test report in 2012. Which is kind of obvious since back when the exam was supposed to take place, the Minister (at that time he was vice-chairman of the parliament) was at a different town (which is public record) than where the exam was supposedly happening.
