Powder thru on the 223

I just ordered (backordered), from Midway USA, the Lee Deluxe die set and a Lee Factory Crimp Die to start reloading 223 on my LCT. Can I still use my Pro Auto Disk powder measure to charge powder with this set up?
I have loaded handgun ammo but this is my first adventure with rifle reloading with my LCT.

yes, but you need the rifle powder die:

and you need the double disc kit which has risers to double up the disks to drop 20-30gr of powder:
