It's a wonderful gun. Shoots well, easy to handle, nice balance....but it hates me.

Every second or third shot, I get bits of burning powder on my hand. Got some on the other hand yesterday.

Advice? Thanks.

I have this happen with crappy ammo (Remington bulk box, and similar) both in my Buckmark pistols and my 22LR bolt guns. I always assumed it was primer goombah, since that's the part of the casing that's not completely encased within the chamber.

Did I mention that the Remington bulk crap is really bad with this?

So the consensus is "stop shooting Remington ammo"?

Guess that's the cause. Guess I have to switch over to Winchester.
