Here it is all. I have been anxious to try this little simple beauty out since I bought it. It has been some time since I have fired a DAO pistol and was a little worried. I don't know why. It functioned flawlessly! Before I took it out, I deburred any sharp edges within the firing mechanism. I noticed that when I pulled the trigger with the slide off, I could feel it catch a little. After filing the edges just a bit, the pull was smooth without the little catch. Satisfied with the trigger job, I went to the range.

I put 200 rounds of Winchester White Box through it without any malfunctions. I also fed it some Hornady Critical Defense and Federal Hydra-Shocks. I set up a target at 10 yards and at 25 yards just to test the limits. Here is the target at 10 yards.

5 round grouping off hand, looks to be about 2 inch group.

I ran out of targets so I was shooting at a cardboard box at 25 yards. The box was about 16 inches wide. I was able to keep the rounds within 5 inches of center, off hand. For a subcompact, I was very impressed with the accuracy of this pistol. Especially a DAO!!! If I had to compare the Sig P250 SC to anything, it would have to be a Glock 26. The Glock trigger is definitely crisper and faster for follow-up shots, but for the reasons I chose a DAO, I could not have chosen a better weapon for CCW. The trigger of the Sig P250 is long, but extremely light. The recoil is much more manageable than a Glock 26. I just can't say enough good things about the Sig. I simply love it! I can't wait to get the .40 S&W X-Change Kit.

Awesome, glad it worked out well for you. If I could ever find one in .45 (that wasn't terribly expensive) I'd probably pick one up. I tried a 9mm compact and it didn't work very well for me, glad to see your subcompact is though!
