Ready made IWB holster with loops

I'm looking for a ready made/off the shelf leather or kydex IWB holster with belt loops for my Beretta 84B. I would like to keep the price between $50-75. Any suggestions on makers or distributors would be helpful.

I love Andy's holsters (I own three) but his turn around time is currently 10-12 weeks for any non Ready Line holster.
