I'm considering adding a turret press for loading rifle rounds to my line-up.

Its between the redding turret press model R-7, and the RCBS turret press.

Which of these two presses do you all have and do you like them or have any problems with them?

The RCBS has a priming system included with it, and has six holes the redding has seven holes and no priming system.

I currently have a Dillon 550 that I use for pistol rounds, and a RCBS Super Rockchuker I use for rifle.

Thanks

THe RCBS is an ok press, but the Redding is just much more smoother operating, and the fit and finish are a couple steps above the RCBS.

I use the RCBS hand primer to hand prime my rifle loads.

Master Blaster take a look at the Redding T-7. It's much better than the old R-7. I believe Natchezz has them on sale this month at a good price.

Cheygriz, dont' sell Redding short like that. We all know Cadillac makes cars with lots of luxury, but I doubt the preceision could compare to Redding's! lol

Master Blaster, I think most people would agree, Redding equipment is almost always more robust and more precise.

I have no experience with the RCBS unit, but I recently purchased a Redding T-7 turret press. I couldn't be happier. Smooth ram operation, turret turns easily, gobs of leverage to mash cases (don't ask). The one thing that impressed me was the weight of it. It's a heavy robust press. Good for loading ammo, bad when you need to move to a new house ;)
