since the USSC seems unlikely to take a 2nd amendment case anytime soon, maybe the gunowners around the nation should try a different tactic....

Like writing every elected federal official demanding impeachment of treasonous justices....starting with cynthia holcomb and stephen reinhardt in the ninth circuit.

any thoughts on this?

A better tack would be to split the already huge Ninth Circuit into two circuit courts and create a new circuit court with new judges while we have a President and Congress that will nominate the right people for the job. Current judges can either be consolidated onto one court in order to limit their power to the people who enjoy their activism or split amongst the 9th circuit and the new court so that they are a minority on both.

We already are reforming the circuits. It didnt get as much press as roberts and alito, but we got tons of awesome picks into various federal judgeships these past few years. Janice Rogers Brown is one of the DC Circuit judges sitting for Parker.
