Buck, no matter how careful you are in your reloading, you can always have a failure to ignite. It happened to me once in 30 years but it did happen and a bullet stuck in the barrel. Why it happened I have no idea. Maybe I damaged the primer upon insertion. I don't know. But from that day on, I've never given ammo to anyone.
You can tell someone not to fire another round before checking the barrel if the sound or recoil on a particular shot isn't right. But I can just about guarantee you that they will fire that next shot. That's just people.
And if you don't think best friends sue best friends, you need to get out more often.
