Picked up the 522 Viper for cheap....$20. No sights(front or rear),no scope either. Main thing thats wrong with it......it has a clip problem. Doesnt seat/stay in like it should. If I push up on the clip(while firing) it will feed and cycle fine....if not, it wont cycle another round.
Here are a couple of pics.....is it missing something that holds the clip in position? I've highlighted an area that looks like it used to have a tab(locater?)
Anybody have a 522 that could look in the clip well and see??
Also.....what kind of scope mount do these take? The one I had on my Savage 22 semi-auto wont fit. The ears arent wide enough to slide on the rails of the 522.
