Who makes the stocks for these rifle? Remington or someone else? They remind me of the HS Precisions.

You can order HS Precision stocks for the Rem 700 from places like Midway.

If you buy a 700 P or PSS the stock will be an H-S Precision Pro Series 2000 pst59 made for Remington, and the stock will have a Remington recoil pad installed. If you purchase just a Pro Series 2000 from HS it will have their pad.
