Anyone see the special on CNBC on the rem 700s? They claim they are dangerous and can go off unexpectedly when taking off the safety or opening the bolt, killing multiple people. Seems to be a well documented problem that Remington has failed to acknowledge or recall, according to CNBC.

Now we all know you never point a gun at anybody, but a gun should not go off on it's own either.

Just wondering what the thoughts here are.

this has been beat to death.....

what the "report" fails to tell you......is all the guns that had ND, were either improperly maintained, had the triggers screwed with, or it was simply a case of operator error.
