ok , long ago in the lightages before
the death of america as a we knew it i picked up my gunmoney by RAPing for a small outfit here on the leftcoast...
we had little or no gvt interference in how we ran things , we furnished our own hardware and ammo ...
most of us were former leo or post grads ...
we had some collective smarts and experience and knew and worked with our leos...
40 yrs later and the RAPs i see are all show and no go...
too stupid to do any real good and more of a danger to others due to their incompetence...(think 'tank and brenner')
the ones at the mall crack me up , high&tight , STB hats , super-trooper attitudes , 50 lbs of crap on their belts (no guns)...
they can't preserve a crime scene , they have no proactive abilities , it seems as tho they are there only to meet some insurance requirement ...?
