Robinson Arms KTR-03

I am looking for information on the KTR-03, which features peeps sights and a left-side thumb safety on a VERP-type receiver. Anyone know where I might find one? I gather that they are no longer imported.

The KTR-03 is a Vepr that's been modified by Krebs Custom Guns.

Additionally, I am under the impression that you can no longer purchase the KTR-03 built on the RobArms VEPR. Krebs has moved to the Saiga rifles as his starting point.

Any VEPR KTR you find now is likely used (unless it has been sitting on a shelf or in a safe somewhere).

R' Guns advertises an "exclusive" on the sale of the newer model built on the Saiga rifle.

Okay. So now it is just an issue of ponying up the 1250 for the rifle. At that price, I would hope the VLTOR stock comes standard. Personally, I would most likely hijack the VLTOR for an AR and put an ACE collapsible folder on it.

I know that Krebs has a great reputation, but I think this one is going on the "post-deployment" list. Anyone know if they can/will install a Galil-type safety on a Saiga 12? I am going to be getting a Tromix conversion as well and wonder if they might do the work on a converted gun. I guess I'll just have to ask them...
