I have had a Rossi for 7 years. If you had asked me this morning I would have told you I have been satisfied with the gun. I just sat on hold with "customer service" for over 13 min on the 3rd phone call to them. I got a guy who when I asked for springs I got well there are alot of springs in there which one do you want. I replied all of them. I asked for a trigger return spring to which I was told thats a "restricted" part. I translate that to pay $50 freight and we will fix it for you. I guess I am spolied by Smith & Wesson customer service they would have sent me the parts and paid freight on them. I guess thats why they have a loyal following. I will say that a .50 spring just cost them my business.
