can someone help me with some information it`s a 10 gauge side by side wood stock internal hammers double trigers and a saftey any information would be appreciated.

I have a spanish 20 gauge double. It is a Zabela Ru-ko circa 1993. I thought Ru-ko is the name of a city in spain where guns are made but I could be wrong here.

Are you sure it is a "ru-ko" gun? ...any other markings on the barrels; try removing the fore end and see if there are other markings on the under side of the barrels.

My gun is well made. The wood fits great and it is well balanced. I just took it on a quail hunt in SC. Great little gun. ...paid about $800 new.

In general, the spainish guns are copies of english guns and their quality varies from lower than average to good.

Ruko is simply the Canadian importer of a number of firearms from around the world; the company was founded in the 1950's, if that'll give you any idea of age (but Spanish guns are proofed with a code to tell you when it was made anyway).
HTH.

The majority of Spanish shotguns, including Zabala, were and are made in Eibar. Other guns have been made in neighboring cities in the Basque region including Elgoibar (Arrieta and Kemen) and previously in Guernica (Astra) and Itziar (Diarm.)

This link will help you decode the various proof/maker marks and date codes.
