So does the Alaskan 454 use the same grips as the SP100 and SBH? Just curious and thank you!

It should as it's basically a SRH w/o the barrel extension. As for the SP100 grips no, it's the GP100 and SRH that interchange. Hope that helps :D

Edited for correctness, too early this morning for proper typing ;)

SBH Super Black Hawk = Single action Revolver.
SRH Super Red Hawk =Double action revolver.
Red Hawk = Double action revolver.
GP100= Double action revolver.
SP101=Double action revolver.
Single action grips WILL Not interchange with Double action revolvers.
Red Hawk grips Will Not interchange with Single action revolvers, or with the SP101-SRH-GP100.
SP101 grips Will only fit the SP101.
Now it gets fun.
The SRH Will interchange with the GP100.
But not with the SP101.
The Grip Inserts from the SP101 Will interchange with the GP100 Compact Grip.
So if you wanted you can put a GP100 Compact grip on the SRH, using the SP101 Grip inserts.
I have a GP100 Compact Grip, with inserts for a SP101 on my SRH Alaskan.

Actually, the grip inserts of the SP101 fit the SMALL (round-butt) old-style, pre-Hogue GP100 factory grip, so yes, that is two small parts of an SP101 that can fit onto an Alaskan, when the older round-butt factory GP100 grip is also used. This fit possibility has caused all manner of mistaken statements that SP101 grips fit the SRH Alaskan.

Edited to add: Oops, I see that markallen beat me to it, in his excellent explanation that I didn't read closely enough the first time.
