Ruger mini 14 in .308

I would be very interested in a Mini-14 STYLE carbine in any of the .308 family of cartridges. Seems like a fine set-up for close range deer and hog hunting.

I agree, ideal frame for a caliber like this, may be time to bring em out again. I would love one. by now, bugs should be worked out.

I always thought Ruger used the barrels in the early Mini 30 ( 308 ) that were meant to be used in some other gun.
It did not take long & Ruger changed the Mini 30 to .310/311-- what it should have been in the first place--NOT .308.
