S&W 1076 firing pin problem

I took my 1076 to the range today and did some shooting with Double Tap 165 grn gold dot ammo. I started having some failure to fire problems, at first a second trigger pull worked then more rounds that not failed to fire so I started looking at the brass.

Did fire (hard to see but the primer dent is elongated.


Did fire


Did fire but blew out the primer.


Did not fire.


Did the firing pin break or what?
