$625+/-25. There is no price deduction for non-original rubber grips because they're better the crude wooden S&W ones on carry gun. I give S&W credit the full size J-frame rubber ones with S&W logo I ordered from them are about the most practical carry grips one could hope for. I wonder if those can be had for a K-frame gun.how much should i expect to pay for a s&w 66-2 no-lock 2 1/2in barrel in the box, ex. Condition? I'm not new to guns, but 99% that i own are 1911's. Thanks for any and all input. Btw, they have hogue grips.
SJ.....
I purchased a 66-2 last year at one of the gun ranges I use. It was in really great condition, about 90% in my book, and I paid $495. Worth every penny...............here's mine with some Ahrends...........

If it's a tight gun, that is zero-zero play with no cylinder play, no end shake, no crane shake. And it locks on all chamber BEFORE full cock as well as it's outside appearance being excellent, well I'd pay $550 and maybe up to $600.How much should I expect to pay for a S&W 66-2 no-lock 2 1/2in barrel in the box, Ex. condition? Are those Ahrends grips, if I may ask?
