S&W Manufacture date for model 41

Can anyone out there peg the year of manufacture for a S&W Mod 41 (22 cal target pistol - 5.5inch bbl) with the serial # UAK1331?

It's just a baby!
Not even a teenager yet!

You would have to letter it with S&W to get the exact data.

RC, thanks for the response. I have been wrestling with buying a new model 41 vs an older one - in good condition. I am seeing little price difference between them. Some suggest that older units were better made?
