Safariland 6280 doesn't allow a CZ75B to be carried at half cock

I just got a Safariland 6280 for my CZ and I discovered that I can only carry it hammer all the way down. Is this normal for the holster made for the CZ because that makes decocking risky and it wouldn't permit carry with a CZ75BD since the decocker on that puts the hammer at half cock.

Is there a way to fix this?

Cant actually answer but I will say I own a CZ75 D Compact and several months ago purchased a Czech issue thumb break duty style holster. Was said to fit either model, compact/full size.
Its quite nice, very thick leather and so on..
To your point the thumb break strap only closes with the hammer at full cock or the hammer must be forward. No half cock provision. This seems odd for a police issue holster unless there were no decock options given on the czs issued to police.
I'm guessing on it being police, its black and mildly shiny. SG Ammos add copy only stated they were Czech issue for CZ75 but would fit the slightly smaller compact version.
