Safely Disposing of Ammunition

Pull the round
Dump the powder
put the case in a vice turn handle hard and use a metal punch to hit the primer done this well over 500 times no prob yet

I've heard that smokeless powder makes one heck of a fertilizer. Sans the primer and powder, I'm pretty sure the rest can be chucked in the trash.
