I took one of the new SCCY pistols we just purchased a few weeks ago out for a walk the other day. It ran smooth as silk, and had no range problems what so ever. However, when I got it home and had finished giving it a bath, I ran through the functions and noticed the safety wasn't engaging. It has an ambidextrous safety, so I checked the left hand safety, I'm right handed, and it wasn't fully engaging unless I used the one on the LH operating side, or the one on the right as it were. I broke it down again to see if there was grit or something preventing it from following the other one when engaged, all was good there.
My question is, has anyone else bought one of these and experienced the same problem? If so, did you identify the issue?
