Savage Mod 16 and receiver type for scope base

Does anyone have the Mod 16 and what do you think about it? I am in the process of buying one and am looking at the detachable magazine (16FCSS), muzzlebreak with hinged floor plate (16FHSAK), or the stock version with hinged floor plate (16FHSS). All look good and was trying to see what anyone else had and how they liked them.

FYI the 16FHSAK is the cheapest

I have a 116 FHSAK in .30-06. It shoots to < 1" at 100 yds with Federal GMM and 0.6" with my handloads using IMR 4064 and 168gr SMK bullets. Mine has the Accustock and AccuTrigger...great rifle. I'm contemplating ordering it's little brother in .260 Rem.

How do you like the Muzzle Break? Is it adjustable?

Ok I bought the Model 16 and am looking to order the sight base. I decided to order a burris base, but cannot determine if this is a flat rear receiver or a round. I looked at Savagle and they give a generic part number but when crossed ref the part number it shows as a round receiver base but model 16 is not listed only 10FP and 12. The model 16 is listed as a flat receiver. Anyone know what type of receiver base this will be?
