I have never seen one, but are there suppressors for shotgun slug guns? Seems like it could be good, quiet medicine for a deer out to 100 or 150 yards. Hard to find decent ballistics charts on them, though.
There are a couple of suppressors for shotguns, though all that I've seen are designed for shot. I don't see any reason they wouldn't work with slugs.
One that's actually not NFA is the Metro Gun: http://metrogun.com/
The only issue is that it's three-ish feet long, although it reportedly works very well.
Hastings used to import a 3' extension made by Verney-Carron that really lowered the sound of a shotgun to a level where hearing protection using normal target loads was not required. It was developed to be used by folks in an urban area where they were trying to scare away ducks and geese that were making a mess everywhere. I got to shoot one on a Beretta 390 and it swung effortlessly and worked as advertised. No paperwork was required or needed
