Show us a picture of your reloading bench

I noticed it cause I got a little black & decker that I want to use with my Redding trimmer. Did you build something to set the driver on or do you just hold it?

Here are the pics and a video to show how much faster it is then the crank. like I said you probably dont want to alter yours this much but im sure there is something you could make so you can get a drill to fit on there. theres always a way. with a dremel, bench grinder, duct tape, epoxy, and threading dies you can make anything fit on there. :p

Thanks I'll have to do a little work but I that will work! :)

wish I would have known that before I did that. I guess when this one gives out Ill get one of those to go along with it. Thanks man

First post. Remodeled my old Craftsman bench last year. I had reloaded off of it for years. Put this new wood top on with shelves. No current pictures, but currently it has a 16 year old 550 and a fairly current Rockchucker mounted on it.

Nice work on the bench. Is it sturdy?

Also, you state that your location is green country Oklahoma. I presume that is eastern OK? NE or SE? I'm currently in western OK but one day hope to retire and make it back to home, which is tick country in SE OK. HAHA

Added some shelves, brought some lead and brass in from the corner of the garage, organized my stash of primers, and junked the place up again.

I just finished construction of my new bench. Went with the NRMA plans. Seems like a pretty sturdy design.

Nice bench, bigwhiteyj!!! You're a man after my own heart! Big, sturdy and solid, gotta love it! Until moving time anyway.

Thanks, Dean and rondog. I have way more hours than I care to admit into it. Its all cabinet grade plywood. I'll post more pics when it's moved and the presses are all set up.

Obviously well worth it.
I think I'd still enjoy reloading if I had to do it in a coal pit, but it's nice to be comfortable and have things the way you want it. The work you put into your bench will be icing on the cake.

I'm going to buy one of these from Costco for $199.99. I'm not quite ready for it (well, my space in the basement isn't ready), but I found out today that when Costco is out of 'em, that's it, so I need to get one now while they still have them.

I plan to put some 2x8's or 2x10's across the bottom for a shelf, then add some 2x4 cleats across the uprights with some more 2x8's or 2x10's across those for another shelf. Might even put a plywood back on it to seal the back side up, to keep things from falling off the back of the shelves and to make it even sturdier. It's very sturdy and heavy as it is, but more is better.

This will sit up against a wall in a corner, and I've got shelving to put up on the wall, and a Kennedy machinist's tool box for the benchtop too. I've got plans, just gotta get the basement area ready.
