Sounds pretty good to me. I got mine (357SIG) in that condition, with night sights, about 4 years ago for $550.

I bought a lightly used SAS (anti-snag) P239 for $675 but the SAS is higher retail to begin with. I'd say the one you're looking at is a decent price.
