Sig Magazine Interchangeablility

As far as I know, the 226 mags will fit into a 228. And a 220 will fit into a 245. Will the 229's take 226 mags? or any others in the lineup that interchange. Wouldn't mind getting a 229, but would like to stick a 20rd 9mm 226 mag into it. Thanks

I don't know about the regular mags etc, but I do know that the 20rd Mag in 9mm will fit the 229 and 226.

The 9mm 229 will accept all mags made for the 9mm 226.

The 9mm P228 and P229 mags are 100% compatible.
