Small or Large Pistol Primer

Thank you for all of the responses. Finally had a chance to look at them. They are fairly easy to tell just by looking at them. Some weee a little harder to tell so used the go/no go large primer pocket cleaner I had. I’d say I had about 1 small out of every 5 large. Smalls were mostly Brazer and Federal.

Now to clean them and load them. Will be using Titgroup and 230gr bullets

I normally just look. When I had a bunch to do at once, I set up with my primer pocket cleaner mounted to the bench and run each over that; Including it in the sizing step adds minuscule time.

I don't know that I would sort them all in advance. I might just do 100 or 200 at a time, when doing brass prep just sort them out then as you go.
