just saw the movie Bangkok Dangerous and good ole Nic Cage is using a nifty sniper rifle. From the IMFDB website, rifle is identified as a Accuracy International model.

I had thought before of getting a rifle like this as a fun gun and was looking at the Steyr SSG and a Sako TRG, all of which offers a high capacity magazine(10 rounds usually). The movie Hitman uses a Blaser 93 sniper rifle (as noted by IMFDB) but Blasers are pretty much out of money reach.

anyone have experience with any of these and can give an opinion?

edit: add Sig Sauer SSG 3000 to that list as well

i don't own any of these, but i have a friend who has owned the AI, TRG and SSG. he's just one of those guys who has to try everything out for himself before settling on something...and he has the means to entertain his passion...with the exception of the Walther WA-2000

he says the TRG was the best shooting for him, although he liked the design of the AI better...we're techies...and he recommended the S&B Short Dot scope for it
