SIG has a few other 5" guns in their line-up. I suspect a maker, if they don't have a 10mm P220 mold, probably lists one of those other 5" SIG's that I'd think would be closer than an S&W 4506.
The four companies that seem to have the biggest gun availability lists, at least that they show on line, are Blade-Tech, Garrett Industries, High Noon, and Kramer. You may want to check with them first.
