I believe that picture was taken during Hurricane Irene that went through the northeast about a year ago. I have served with some former Old Guard soldiers and they are pretty phenomenal guys.

As awesome as this is, my brother was in the Old Guard though not a Tomb Guard, it is not on topic for THR.
