Thanks for that info, much appreciated. I slapped together a simple slide belt holster with open bottom just to see if I felt comfortable with the cant angle and to verify the gun (Browning BDA 380) would not pop out. Well, one thing led to the next and I'm into holster number six. Each one is a slight improvement over the preceding version. I have the stitching and forming process under control so I'll be concentrating on the leather finish and tooling next. Once I get a handle on these steps using scrap pieces, I'll put it all the processes together and have that elusive perfect holster. Yeah right, just like the perfect gun I've purchased a couple of dozen times.
