Some opinions please??

I know the obvious answer is 'get what you like,' or a reply similar to that, but I do not have a strong visual memory, and therefore I am having a hard time imagining what these grips are going to look like on my gun.

I have basically narrowed my choices down to a set from vzgrips or a set of monkeygrips from davidsons knives. I like the monkeygrips better, but I have a nagging suspicion that the plain black ones from vzgrips would look better. So which set of grips do you guys think is most flattering to this gun??

I've never owned, handled, seen, or even heard of "Horned Lizard Monkeygrips", but I voted on them based on the name alone.

While I find that this usually works out for me, I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

After checking out the links, I've always really liked the visual design of the Monkeygrips. I've seen them on a few Wilson Combat 1911s and have always dug them. Unique, even if they aren't your cup of tea.

Actually, MD, I like the looks of the monkeygrips better. I just wasn't sure if they would look good on my gun...

I've got the VZ Diamond Backs on my Spartan and I dig 'em. They are really aggressive, so probably not for everyone. The Operators are similar and if you are okay with the 5 dpi chequering, you're golden.
