Post a message on www.smith-wessonforum.com - I've seen sets come up, but if they are in cherry condition they may cost more then the gun. Numrich Gun Parts (www.e-gunparts.com) has reproductions of the plain walnut kind used on WW-2 Victory models and they might have a few sets of the commercial checkered kind. They in fact, have a lot of stuff that hasn't made it into their catalog or web page because of limited supplies. Otherwise keep your eyes open and look for "junk boxes" filed with old "take-off" stocks. You do find them.
