These are both 9mms, the Colt the stainless version. Accuracy was about the same but in the RO there is a touch of creep while the Colt breaks clean. I used 6 mags, the 2 Colts, 2 ROs, a Wilson Combat, and one unknown. The Wilson Combat mag was pathetic with several failures to feed out of 9 rounds. The other mags were flawless as expected. I note that the Wilson Combat has a different configuration of the platform at the top of the mag. The usual advantages apply such as the adjustable sights on the RO and the ability to holster the Colt in a shoulder holster whereas the RO won't, in mine anyway. I must say I prefer the spur hammer on the Colt but that is a personal issue.
