Stainless 22lr levergun

[Hastings]

Taurus used to make a stainless 22lr levergun, but I didn't see it in their current catalog. Does anybody offer a decent stainless 22lr lever action rifle or carbine? If not, why? My wife has a fixed sight stainless Ruger single six (Vaquero style single six) and my daughter has a stainless Ruger Bearcat. They would like a stainless levergun to go with their six-guns, but I haven't been able to locate one. Can anyone offer some insight?

Go check out Rossi. Same company. Just the long gun division. They have the SS that you are looking for.

I have the Silverboy and really enjoy shooting it. Very accurate and smooth

They make them when there's enough being sold to justify making them. Clearly the market sales figures spoke against a stainless lever rimfire rifle for whatever reasons.
