Starlight Cases Customer Service.

I have an older Starlight Case for a rifle. It was the old model with the small latches. Well, it was very hard to open and close and I thought, what the heck... So, I shot off an e-mail to Starlight to see if there was a remedy.

Well, I have to tell you, they responded fast and with no complaints, shipped me out 2 sets of new latches. I also chose this time to purchase a new foam insert for a new gun project. They were a true pleasure to deal with. I have to give them Kudos.

Now, they sent a set of Green Latches as well as Black ones. I used the black ones on my case, but I have the new green ones that will not see use.

So, my question is.... Does anyone out there have a green case with the small latches and has been having problems with it? I will be happy to send you these latches and pay forward my good forune with dealing with Starlight. I will even pick up the shipping... ground.

Anyway, if you have an older green Starlight case and need new latches, let me know.

There's a customer service thread in this forum right now, you should post this in that one too.

My Starlight case was purchased at Sam's many years ago for $65. It stays in the attic because it's so big. I think the only time I'll ever use it is if I fly somewhere for a carbine class. The thing is a beast! It won't even fit in the trunk of my car. It is built like a tank though.

Yeah, I will post a Kudos there as well, I just was wondering if anyone else needed the extra latches that I received from the company.
