Who provides customer support for this in the US?

Does Stoeger have a presence here?

I am thinking of buying one, and I wonder where I ship it if there's a problem.

I have heard that Stoeger is owned by Beretta, which makes sense since the Cougar is a Beretta design now made in Turkey. Interesting handgun.

Sorta. Stoeger is owned by Benelli, who in turn is owned by Beretta.

So Thernlund, I take it you have a Cougar and have sent it in to Stoeger for warranty repairs?
Take it from a guy who owns one of the pistols and has gone the route. When you call Stoeger on a Cougar, they send you to Beretta.
